In part 2 of “what’s in this thing? A look at ready-to-eat breakfast cereals” I check out the side of the box for 3 did different organic breakfast cereals. I also did my pseudo-professional taste test. The winner of my taste test was the nature’s promise organic honey nut O’s, which seemed, to me, to have the right balance of nutrition and flavor without having to add additional sugar.
