I somewhat reluctantly make a list of meal suggestions for a ketogenic diet this week. The reason I say reluctantly is because it is difficult to stay on this type of dietary regimen for very long. However, I’m aware that many people like to take off a quick 5 to 10 pounds after the holiday season is over.
