It’s actually easier to lose weight in the summer than in the winter months.This is, in part, because the fruits that are plentiful are less dense in calories. And oh so sweet.

It is also true that dense calories (such as those in cheese burgers and fries) raise your body temperature and create a general sensation of feeling hot. And not the good kind of hot.
